Working with us

Every engagement starts with a confidential, no-obligation discovery call. A senior consultant listens to your objectives and context, and within days you receive a written proposal with a clear scope of work, timeline, and fee structure. Work begins only when you approve it.

Fees depend on the scope, duration, and seniority mix of the engagement. Depending on the work, we use fixed project fees, phased milestone fees, or monthly retainers for ongoing advisory. Whatever the model, it is agreed in writing before we start, with no hidden charges.

Yes, without exception. Confidentiality is built into every engagement, and we are happy to execute a non-disclosure agreement before any sensitive information is shared, including at the discovery stage.

It varies with scope. A feasibility study or diagnostic may run a few weeks; a strategy development engagement typically runs two to four months; transformation and capacity development programmes can run longer with defined phases. Your proposal will state the timeline explicitly.

The senior consultants who scope your engagement are the consultants who deliver it. We do not sell you partners and send juniors. Every engagement has a named lead who is your single point of accountability from start to finish.

Our services

Individuals and private clients, SMEs and growing businesses, corporate organisations, government agencies, and institutions including NGOs and development organisations. The common thread is a decision or change that matters enough to get right.

Our methodologies are sector-agnostic and our experience spans multiple industries. Where an engagement needs deep sector-specific knowledge, we bring in vetted subject-matter specialists under our management, so you get both rigour and relevance.

We provide financial planning support, commercial analysis, capital structuring advisory, and investment support services at the business advisory level. We do not provide regulated financial services that require statutory licensing, such as securities dealing, fund management, or licensed investment advice. Where your needs cross into regulated territory, we work alongside your licensed advisers.

Yes, and we prefer it. Implementation support, programme management, and capability transfer are core to how we work. Many clients retain us through execution precisely because a strategy on paper is only half the job.

Yes. Feasibility studies, market research, surveys, data analysis, due diligence, and business intelligence reports can be commissioned as standalone engagements, with clear deliverables and timelines agreed upfront.

Training & events

Yes. Every programme can be delivered in person, fully virtually, or in hybrid format. Virtual sessions are designed as interactive workshops, not passive webinars.

Yes, and most clients choose this route. We adapt content, case studies, and exercises to your sector, your strategy, and the specific capability gap you want to close. Tell us the outcome you need and we will design the programme around it.

Yes. All participants in our structured training programmes receive certificates of completion from Elite Consultancy.

No fixed minimum. We deliver everything from one-to-one executive coaching to organisation-wide programmes. Group size shapes the format and fee, which will be set out clearly in your proposal.
